• • Ensure all civil works meet ADNOC’s engineering specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

3.Site Civil works Preparation and Earthworks

• • Execute excavation for cable trenches, Foundation, Duct bank of road crossing, grading, and compaction in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

4.Structural Concrete and Foundations

• • Construct foundations, slabs,  and other structural elements using approved materials and methods.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes (ACI, ASTM, BS) and ADNOC’s quality control procedures.

5.Utility Infrastructure

• • Install underground utilities such as water lines, sewer systems, electrical conduits, and Power and control cable ducts.

2.Scope of Minor Mechanical Works

3.Fabrication and Assembly

• • Perform minor fabrication tasks including cutting, threading, and welding of small-bore piping and pipe supports.

4.Testing and Commissioning

• • Conduct pressure testing, alignment checks, and operational verification of installed components.

5.Documentation and Quality Assurance

• • Maintain records of installation, inspection, and testing.
  • Follow ADNOC’s QA/QC procedures for verification and compliance.

1.Compliance with ADNOC Specifications

• • Adhere to ADNOC’s Electrical Engineering Design Guide (AGES-GL-02-001) for all electrical systems and installations.

2.Electrical system Installation

• • Execute electrical works in accordance with approved single-line diagrams, Equipment location layout, GAD, and cable routing plans.
  • Install electrical systems including Cable trays, Conduit, Cabling/Termination, LV panels/ switchgears, UPS system with Batteries and distribution boards, lighting, Utility socket, and earthing systems.

3.Safety and Risk Management

• • Implement ADNOC’s electrical safety protocols including insulation, earthing, isolation,
  • Ensure safe working conditions for live and dead equipment, with proper signage and barriers.

4.Testing and Commissioning

• • Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests such as insulation resistance, loop impedance, and functional testing.
  • Prepare and submit test reports and as-built documentation for ADNOC review and approval.

5.Quality Assurance

• • Follow ADNOC’s QA/QC procedures for material selection, installation practices, and inspection routines.
  • Maintain traceability of components and ensure calibration of testing instruments.

• • Follow ADNOC’s Instrumentation, Controls Guidelines, including standards for DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, and control valves.
  • Adhere to AGES-SP-04-006 for instrumentation and control cable specifications, including cable types, construction, performance, and hazardous area protection.

2.Installation of Field Instruments

• • Install and calibrate sensors, transmitters, analyzers, and control valves, Junction box as per project drawings and datasheets.
  • Ensure proper mounting, orientation, and maintenance of instruments.

3.Control Systems panels installation

• • Installation of Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) panels and wiring.

4.Cable Tray, Routing and Termination

• • Installation of cable tray inside room and Piperack, cable laying, glanding, and as per the approved drawings and specification.
  • Maintain traceability and proper marking of all cables and junction boxes.

5.Testing and Commissioning

• • Perform pre-loop checks, IR, Continuity and calibration of instruments.

6.Documentation and Quality Assurance

• • Site RLM drawings.
  • Follow Clients QA/QC procedures for inspection and verification.
